Compact – More Compact > Quad The development of our purebred wave sail has been consistently pursued. Shorter luff, longer boom, lower clew. These are the main features of the new Quad. Each sail size has been specifically adapted to its wind range. The changes are more significant as the sails get smaller. The new outline is even slimmer at the top, resulting in a significantly more compact sail ratio. This places the center of effort lower, providing full control when jumping, wave riding, and performing all maneuvers. A longer boom with a shorter luff on the smaller sails increases manageability in choppy conditions. The lower clew position increases the sail area above the boom, enhancing the sail's twist in gusts. The result: a fantastic wind range – with just one trim. The revised batten setup effectively supports the outstanding controllability of the 2023 Quad. Power for jumping and powerful bottom turns. Perfectly balanced on/off for smooth cutbacks and fluid moves. The new quad offers everything a wave rider could want. Area of use: Waves from side to onshore.
